Hi, I'm Codrin, as in /ko-dreen/.
I've built nearly 100 websites over the last 17 years, mostly for creative agencies and media publishers.
For the past eight years I've focused on annual reports, ESG reports and corporate communications; projects that have won industry awards, received excellent client feedback and launched on time.
Communication
Whether we're in design reviews, development, QA, launch week or post-launch edits, you'll always know what's happening and where the project stands.
I'm probably one of the few frontend developers who actually enjoys keeping project boards tidy. I keep tickets up to date, create missing ones when needed and generally leave the board in a better state than I found it.
Working Hours
I understand agency work isn't always predictable. Early launches happen, clients change their minds, or someone remembers that one last thing on the Friday before launch.
I'm only sometimes surprised when it doesn't happen. I've spent most of my career working US hours from Europe, so late evenings are just part of my routine. I've never missed a deadline.
Process
Every agency has its own way of working and I've become used to adapting. If you already have a process, I'll fit into it. If you don't, that's fine too. I've worked remotely for most of my career, so I self-manage well, communicate proactively and don't need much hand-holding.
I'm equally comfortable working directly with clients or behind the scenes as part of your team—whichever works best for your agency.

My approach is to find the version of the project that works for you within your client's budget. We'll work together to identify time-intensive features and decide where simplifying, optimising or removing them makes sense. I focus on delivering the best outcome, not the most elaborate implementation.
What I'm Looking For
I do my best work with long-term creative agency partners, especially teams working on annual reports, corporate communications and other content-rich microsites. I enjoy working with detail-oriented designers and content strategists. We tend to care about the same things: clarity, consistency and getting the details right.
